Payment Methods
Accepted primary card brands, payment processing, authorization, refunds, taxes, currency and payment safety.
Primary Card Methods
Payments are processed through Stripe. The primary card brands shown below are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. Additional payment options may be available where displayed on the Payment or Checkout page.
Payment Processing
Payment details are submitted through the checkout payment flow and processed through Stripe and the relevant payment network. Payment methods actually displayed at checkout take priority for the specific transaction.
Payment Authorization
Your card issuer or payment provider may approve, decline or request additional verification for a transaction. An authorization does not always represent final settlement.
Payment Declines
If a payment is declined, review the details entered and contact your bank or card issuer where appropriate. Customer support cannot override an issuer’s authorization decision.
Payment Security
Payments are handled through the secure checkout payment flow. Do not send your full card number, CVV, CVC, PIN or other card security code through ordinary customer-service email.
Taxes
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. Customs duties and import charges, where applicable, are separate from product-price tax treatment.
Currency
The website uses $ as the configured currency symbol. Review the amount and currency shown at checkout before submitting payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Our internal target is to process approved refunds within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed, subject to mandatory statutory refund deadlines.
