These Terms of Use apply to use of this website and purchases made from FanErox, subject to mandatory applicable law.

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, security or other users.

We aim to present product descriptions, images, sizes and other information clearly. Product-specific information shown on the individual product page should be reviewed before purchase.

Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. Customs and import charges are separate where applicable.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products using the checkout details you provide.

An order becomes subject to our fulfilment process after submission and payment authorization. We may decline or cancel an order where legally permitted, including where payment cannot be authorized or fulfilment is not possible.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@fanerox.com. After dispatch, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

You may request an address change before dispatch at support@fanerox.com. After dispatch, a change cannot be guaranteed and may depend on carrier handling.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Primary card brands shown on the Payment Methods page are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. Additional methods may be available where displayed at checkout.

Standard shipping costs 6$.

Orders reaching 50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.

Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking information is provided after dispatch once tracking data becomes available.

For international orders, customs duties, import charges and customs handling charges may be the customer’s responsibility where applicable. Mandatory applicable law prevails where it assigns responsibility differently.

If a parcel may be lost, contact support@fanerox.com. We review tracking and investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we offer reshipment or a refund.

Where EU distance-selling consumer rules apply, consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from receipt without giving a reason.

For products covered by the ordinary return policy, request a return within 14 calendar days after receipt by contacting support@fanerox.com.

For ordinary non-defective returns and normal EU statutory withdrawal where responsibility was clearly disclosed before purchase, the customer bears the return shipping cost. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, we bear the applicable return shipping cost.

Direct exchanges are supported. For normal non-defective exchanges, the customer pays return shipping and replacement shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, we pay the applicable shipping costs.

Nothing in these terms limits remedies or mandatory statutory rights for goods that are defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming.

Our internal target is to process approved refunds within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed. This target does not replace any mandatory statutory refund deadline. Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.

If made-to-order, custom-made or clearly personalised goods are offered, they may fall within a statutory withdrawal exception where applicable law permits. This does not limit rights concerning defects, damage, incorrect goods, merchant production errors or other mandatory statutory rights.

Mandatory Statutory Consumer Rights remain fully applicable. These Terms do not exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. For EU statutory withdrawal, standard original delivery costs are refunded as required by applicable law; supplementary delivery costs above the least expensive standard option may be excluded where permitted.

Website content, branding, layout and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be used beyond what applicable law permits.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and applicable data-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The last-updated date identifies the current version displayed on the website.
